Courier firms generally deliver between 07:30 and 17:30, so your parcel may still be out for delivery. Log into your account to track your order and see real-time delivery status.
If tracking shows the parcel is out for delivery, it should arrive before the end of the working day. If there are any issues, the courier will typically leave a delivery card with instructions.
If the courier cannot leave your parcel with a neighbour (with your permission), they will leave a card with instructions for re-arranging delivery. Most couriers also offer options to:
- Redirect to a local pickup point (ParcelShop, post office, etc.)
- Reschedule delivery for a more convenient time
- Leave in a safe place (if you’ve provided instructions)
You can usually manage these options through the courier’s tracking system or mobile app.
Our Free Delivery service has a window of 2–4 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding Bank Holidays) from dispatch. Remember dispatch takes 1–2 working days after you order, so total wait may be 3–6 working days.
